CAMP FIGHTING SCOT
For more than 40 years, Camp Fighting Scot at the College of Wooster has provided boys ages 8-18 an outstanding opportunity to train with some of the top basketball coaches in the country. Directed by The College of Wooster Men’s Basketball Coach, Doug Cline, the camp features an outstanding blend to teaching, game play and fun. Emphasis on proper fundamentas, individual technique and team play are the hallmarks of our program.

- Have averaged 25 wins a year since 1991
- 19 Regular Season NCAC Championships since 1989
- 16 NCAC Tournament Championships since 1992

Facilities
Timken Gymnasium
Lo1cated inside Armington Physical Education Center (P.E.C.), Timken Gymnasium is the home facility for men’s and women’s basketball as well as women’s volleyball. It has a seating capacity of 3,400 – the largest of any North Coast Athletic Conference school. Many other events are held inside Timken Gymnasium, including summer camps, concerts and graduation (if it rains).


Doug Cline
Head Coach / Camp Director
Few people, if any, understand The College of Wooster basketball experience more fully than Doug Cline, a 1995 graduate of the school, does. Now in his 21st year as a full-time member of the coaching staff, Cline has played a major role in Wooster’s 504-120 record (.808) the past 20 seasons.
